SARATOGA SPRINGS — The city’s Zoning Board of Appeals is expected to discuss Lake Local’s application to build a new restaurant, bed and breakfast and expanded marina and board shop, at its Monday meeting.

Lake Local, at 550 Union Ave. on Saratoga Lake, opened for its fourth season on April 26, but an electrical fire broke severely damaged the business three days later.

The owners are seeking to build a 444-seat restaurant, a marina with 108 slips, a 1,200-square-feet board shop and a 35-room inn, according to plans submitted to the town.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting begins at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 474 Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
