Police identify victims of Spa City hit-and-run

The victims were hit around 11:27 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of West Fenlon Street and South Broadway

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Police have identified the victims of a Tuesday hit-and-run, car-pedestrian crash at the intersection of West Fenlon Street and South Broadway.

Jeremiah Loeffler, 37, of Saratoga Springs, and Pamela Agard, 31, of Tampa, Florida, were injured when they were hit at around 11:27 p.m. on Tuesday by a southbound vehicle on South Broadway, according to Saratoga Springs police.

Police said Loeffler was taken to Saratoga Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while Agard suffered injuries to her head and upper body. She was taken to Albany Medical Center, where she remained in critical condition on Friday, according to police. 

The make, model and description of the vehicle, which fled the scene, were still not known as of Friday, police said. 

The Saratoga Springs Police Department is seeking any private video surveillance on the South Broadway corridor from Lincoln Avenue to Exit 13 of the Northway, and specifically, an video captured at around 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
