McHale, Springfield set for 3-day New Year's celebration at casino

Actor/comedian Joel McHale and musician Rick Springfield will headline a three-day New Year’s celebration at Rivers Casino & Resort, it was announced today.

On Saturday, Dec. 29, McHale will perform his stand-up comedy routine at 8 p.m. McHale has starred in the TV comedy “Community” and hosted E! Network’s “The Soup.” Tickets start at $40.

On Sunday, Dec. 30, Grammy Award-winning musician Springfield will perform hits such as “Jessie’s Girl” and “Love Somebody” in an 8 p.m. performance. Tickets start at $55.

The New Year’s Eve bash on Monday, Dec. 31, will feature the horn-fueled party band Funk Evolution. Doors open at 9:30 and the show will begin at 10 p.m. Tickets, which include two drinks and a small-bites buffet, are $50.
