SCHENECTADY — A city man has been arrested, accused of raping a woman last weekend, authorities said.
Douglas Cohen, 55, of Schenectady, faces one count of first-degree rape, a felony that carries a possible maximum term of 25 years in prison upon conviction.
He is accused of raping the woman early on the morning of Oct. 21 in Schenectady. Police arrested him Wednesday.
Cohen was arraigned and ordered held on $30,000 bail. He remained held Sunday.
