
SUMMIT – State police are calling the deaths of two people in Summit suspicious and an investigation is underway.
The individuals, who were not been publicly identified in a mid-day release, were found dead Tuesday at a Rossman Valley Road residence. Troopers did not give the exact location.
A preliminary investigation showed the individuals died overnight Monday, troopers said.

Rossman Valley Road runs for about two miles north off Sawyer Hallow Road to a dead end. It is south of Richmondville.
Troopers had a patrol car blocking off the road Wednesday afternoon, according to Gazette news gathering partner CBS6.
