PROVIDENCE — A Scotia man has been charged with raping a woman in the town of Providence, Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies said on Wednesday.
Paul E. Horton Jr., of 5 Havenbrook Drive, was arrested last week on one count of first-degree rape, officials said.
Horton is accused of overpowering the victim and raping her at a residence in Providence, officials said. A sheriff’s release did not include a time frame for the attack.
