Meghan Huerter scored 20 points to lead Shenendehowa to a 64-51 Amsterdam Holiday Tournament victory over Holy Redeemer (Pa.) in the Amsterdam Holiday Tournament on Thursday.

Bella Stuart scored 10 points for Shen. 

In other action from the tournament, Harmony Philo scored 31 points to lead Gloversville to a 68-35 win over Kingston  at Amsterdam. Kendra Lavery scored 24 points for Gloversville. 

Jackie Stanavich scored 16 points to lead Amsterdam to a 65-55 victory over Hanover (N.H.). Antonia May scored 14 points, Andie Gannon scored 13 points, and Elena Fedullo scored 11 points for Amsterdam. 

Jessica Cook scored 17 points to lead Cicero-North Syracuse to a 53-38 victory over Bethlehem at the Amsterdam Holiday Tournament. Julia Harvey scored 10 points for Bethlehem. 

West Genesee defeated Saratoga Springs 81-57. Kerry Flaherty scored 18 points, Dolly Cairns scored 16, and Caroline LaFountain scored 13 points for Saratoga.

Haley Burchhardt scored 20 points to lead Schalmont to a 49-33 non-league victory over Hudson Falls.

Ashley Cirilla scored 13 points, and Emily Lenehan added 12 for Schalmont. Brinley Inglee scored 17 points for Hudson Falls. 

Maddie Delisle scored 10 points to lead Corinth to a 40-24 victory over Saratoga Central Catholic. 

Madison Meyer scored 21 points to lead Duanesburg to a 36-35 over Greenville in the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Tournament victory.

Meyer was fouled on a 3-point attempt as time expired with Duanesburg trailing by two. Meyers made all three foul shots to seal the victory. Duanesburg improves to 8-2 overall.

Skyla Vanfleet scored 13 points for Greenville.  

Also in the tournament, Taylor Mencham scored 21 points to lead Berne-Knox-Westerlo to a 67-26 win over Cairo-Durham. Alexis Wright scored 18 points for BKW. 

Ahnalese Pearson scored 25 points to lead Colonie to a 74-46 victory over Catholic Central in the Colonie Holiday Shootout Tournament. Aliyah Wright scored 16 points for Colonie.

Sarah Mattfield scored 13 points, and Riqiya Harris added 10 for Catholic Central. 

Ahniysha Jackson scored 31 points to lead Albany to an 84-20 victory over Still­water in the Glens Falls Tournament. Junasia Lanier scored 14 points, and Jenna Citone had 12 for Albany. 

Eleanor Cepiel scored 13 points to lead Holy Names to a 53-52 victory over Shaker in the Holy Names Holiday Hoop Classic.

Grace Field scored 12, Saniyya Adams had 11 and Keira Cohen added 10 for Holy Names.

Sole Carrington scored 15 points, and Maddisyn Mahoney added 10 for Shaker. 

In the other tournament game, Olivia Olsen scored 23 points to lead Niskayuna to a 51-32 victory over Mechanicville.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL
Mohonasen topped Pine Bush 61-46 in the first game of the Kirvin Cup. Duncan Tallman, Nicholas Richmond, and Chase Monroe each scored 13 points for Mohonasen. Pine Bush’s Tim Linton scored 15 points. 

Dior Johnson dropped 53 points for Saugerties in its 73-71 overtime victory over Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake in the first round of the Shawn Walsh Tournament at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake. Jack 

Wyatt scored 31 points for Burnt Hills. 

In the other tournament game, Averill Park beat Queensbury 67-48. Averill Park had a 39-20 lead at halftime. Averill Park’s Zach Price netted 22 points in the win. 

Jackson Atty poured in 25 points, including six 3-pointers, to help Fonda-Fultonville beat Mechanicville 61-44 in the Stillwater Tournament. Fonda’s Angel Canale contributed 12 points in the victory.

Mekeel Christian Academy pulled out ahead early against Stillwater with a 26-4 lead at the end of the first quarter and cruise to a 71-30 victory in the other tournament game.

Alex Barnhill and Ozzie DeJesus both scored 15 points for the Lions. 

Fort Plain edged Duanesburg 49-46 in the Cutspec Tournament at OESJ. Troy Butler led Fort Plain with 18 points, including five 3-pointers. Jaxson Yacowenia and Dawson Nare contributed 16 and 11 points, respectively, for the Hilltoppers. 

T.J. Wadsworth scored 25 points to lead four scorers in double figures for Northville in a 61-48 win against Wells in the first round of the Woodward Tournament. 

Wells was led by Tre Zimmerman with 14 points. 

James Ellsworth had 14 points and 10 rebounds, Wyatt Sira had 12 points and Nate Reidell had 10 points for Northville. 

Garrett Delaney’s 23 points helped Mayfield defeat Galway 57-44 in the other Woodward Tournament game. Mayfield’s Evan Lehr contributed 17 points. 

Galway was led by Mike Sowle with 18 points. 

Mayfield will face Northville in the championship game Friday night at 7:30. 

In non-league action, CBA rolled past Amsterdam 84-47 with the help of double-digit scoring performances from Jordan King (16), Peter O’Toole (15) and Hagen Foley (13). Amsterdam was led by Jeff Brennan with 18 points. 

Michael Ortale scored 15 points to lead Bethlehem over Nichols 55-40. Eleven Bethlehem players scored in the victory. 

Zeke Pulliam scored 28 points for Berne-Knox-Westerlo in its 61-44 victory over Hawthorne Valley. Jake Keyer added 12 points for the Bulldogs in the win.

Albany Academy fell to Gonzaga College High School 73-65 in the Slam at the Beach tournament in Lewes, Delaware. Andre Jackson scored 19 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and had six assists for Albany Academy.
