CLIFTON PARK — A Clifton Park man intentionally set someone’s car on fire as part of an ongoing dispute, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said.
Nicholas A. Cole, 20, of 540B Englemore Road, was charged Monday with one count each of third-degree arson and second-degree criminal mischief, both felonies.
The victim reported the incident, after which Cole fled on foot, according to deputies. He was apprehended a short distance from the fire scene, deputies said.
Cole was arraigned and sent to county jail, pending a future court appearance.
