CLIFTON PARK – A Clifton Park property manager stole from a home in the process of foreclosure, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said.
Shawn M. Provencher, 39, of 13 Stockton Court, was charged Friday with one count of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, officials said.
Provencher worked for Elite Estates as a property manager and was conducting business at the Clifton Park residence when he “stole numerous items,” officials said.
Provencher was charged and released to return to court later.
