
Shane O’Dell scored 25 points to lead Schalmont past Cobleskill-Richmondville 63-40 in a Colonial Council boys’ basketball game Saturday.
LJ Randle added 11 points for the Sabres, and Gannon Strube had 10. Donovan Pacatte scored 10 for Cobleskill.
Shaker edged Guilderland 61-57 in Suburban Council play. Anthony Clayton led the Blue Bisons with 18 points. Sean Seymour, Trey Mariano and Connor McHugh added 10 points each.
Guilderland was led by Ryan Teaney’s 17 points, Billy Lia’s 13 and Dylan Gizzi’s 10.
Jackson Atty dropped 26 points, and Angelo Canale added 14 to lead Fonda-Fultonville past Adirondack 67-47 in the Section II/Section III Challenge.
In non-league games, Mekeel Christian Academy edged Watervliet 61-60. Ozzie DeJesus led the Lions with 21 points, Ricky Rollins had 15, Josh Winfield added 13 and Alex Barnhill chipped in with 10.
Watervliet was led by Messiah Mallory’s 19 points, Khari Croley’s 11 and Derrick Beason’s 10.
Marcus Jackson scored 19 points, August Jackson had 17 and August Mahoney added 13 to lift Albany Academy over Green Tech 67-53. Green Tech was led by Joshua Rodriguez’s 19 points and Demani Benjamin’s 12.

Jagger Sessa scored two goals and had an assist, and Spencer Carpenter, Nic Pauley, Owen Scannell and Jack O’Bryan had a goal and an assist each.
Matt Powers added a goal, and Brendan Witte had two assists.
