CLIFTON PARK — Sip and Sing Fund-raiser sponsored by To Love a Child, Inc. will be held at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Elks Lodge, 695 MacElroy Road, Ballston Lake.

CLIFTON PARK — St. Edward’s Knights of Columbus Annual Fundraising Spaghetti Dinner will be held from 4-8 p.m. Jan. 26 at St. Edward’s Church, 567 Clifton Park Center Road.

CLIFTON PARK — The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library will make a room in the library available all day for Regents exam preparations on Jan. 21-23.

The study room, library program room D, will be open all day for students.


CLIFTON PARK — The Friends of the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library will hold a used book sale in the second floor of the library 1-5 p.m. Jan. 25, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Jan. 26 and 12-3 p.m. Jan. 27.

There will be a preview sale for members of the Friends of the Library from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Jan. 25.

Hardcover books cost $1. Children’s books, trade books and all paperbacks cost 50 cents. Single CDs and DVDs cost $1. CD sets, DVD sets and audio books cost $2. Some special books will be priced higher. Sunday is Bag Day, and a Hannaford bag filled with books is $1.

Customers can also buy a Friends tote bag or children’s backpack for $10 and fill it with books for free.
