STILLWATER – While some might simply see snow to be removed, others see possibilities.

Specifically, the possibility to support the New England Patriots on their way to their latest Super Bowl.

Our photographer Erica Miller spotted the above scene this morning near Brown’s Beach and Dock Brown’s on Saratoga Lake: A large “Go PATS!” written in red in the snow.

The Patriots, of course, beat the Kansas City Chiefs 37-31 Sunday in overtime to reach the big game for the third-straight year and eighth time under quarterback Tom Brady.

It was unclear if the message arrived before or after the Pats sealed the win. Also unclear is whether another storm will present itself with it a new opportunity to show team support prior to the game two weeks from now.

But maybe there’s something else Patriot fans and non-Patriot fans can root for together: Spring.
