ALBANY – A flood warning has been issued for Fulton and Montgomery Counties, the National Weather Service said.
“Flooding of creeks and streams is likely across the warned area,” the service said in its alert. “River ice movement and ice jam flooding will also occur for some locations across the warned area.”
The warning came after trained weather spotters reported flooding in Dolgeville from heavy rainfall and snowmelt, the service said.
