
HALFMOON – An Albany woman drove into a snow bank in Halfmoon last week while drunk, state police said.
Erica Mariani, 23, of Albany, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, troopers said.
She was arrested after troopers received a call for a one-car crash just after 9 p.m. Jan. 21 on the Exit 8 ramp to Crescent Road off of Interstate 87 in Halfmoon, state police said. No injuries were reported.

Troopers found Mariani to have a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent, above the legal limit of 0.08.
She was also charged with violation marijuana possession.
Mariani was released to return to court later.
