A water main break sent crews to Warren Street in Saratoga Springs Thursday. The break was expected to be fixed by 5 p.m. and a localized boil was issued for 14 homes on Warren, between North Street and High Rock Avenue, which are connected to the main being repaired, the Saratoga County Department of Public Works said.
“This extreme cold can wreak havoc on the infrastructure, so we respond diligently when issues occur,” Commissioner of Public Works Skip Scirocco said in a statement. “We will be in direct contact with the households effected by the boil notice and work diligently to make certain the notice can be lifted as soon as possible.”
