CORINTH — A Corinth man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the accidental shooting death of his wife in November, state police said Monday.
State police early on determined Eric Rosenbrock, 35, was cleaning his gun when it went off. The bullet struck his wife, Ashley Rosenbrock, in the torso.
The incident happened Nov. 16 at their Raymond Street residence in Corinth.
The investigation did result in Eric Rosenbrock being formally charged Monday with one count of second-degree manslaughter, a felony.
He turned himself in Monday at the state police Wilton barracks. He was arraigned in Wilton Town Court and was released to return to court later.
