TOWN OF FLORIDA — An employee at the Target Distribution Center is facing charges after he stole a phone and a video game storage system from the center, state police said.
Wayne A. Nethaway Jr., 23, of Little Falls, was arrested this week on one count each of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
Nethaway was spotted taking an iPhone XS from the center one day and a MyPassport for PlayStation 4 on another, state police said.
He was released to return to court later.
Nethaway’s arrest follows the arrest of another Target Distribution Center employee last month on similar charges.
In the earlier case, troopers said Josue Carino-Alvarado, 37, of Amsterdam, took an iPhone XS and a charger. He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and was released to return to court later.
