ALBANY – Another three to six inches of snow is expected to fall Sunday evening into Monday morning, the National Weather Service said Sunday.

The service issued a winter weather advisory for the region to go along with the forecast. The advisory runs from 9 p.m. Sunday to 4 p.m. Monday.

A National Weather Service map estimated four inches across most of Fulton, Montgomery and Schoharie counties and three inches across most of Schenectady and Saratoga counties.

Drivers should plan on slippery roads and poor visibility. Travel is to be particularly hazardous overnight and into the morning commute, the service wrote.
