CLIFTON PARK — A Clifton Park teen is facing charges after he took a phone from another teen earlier this month, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said this week.
Brian P. Jackson, 17, of 33 Cotton Court, was charged last week with one count of third-degree robbery, a felony.
Jackson is accused of meeting with the 16-year-old victim on Feb. 7 at a Route 146 address to sell vape pods, officials said.
“During the transaction, the defendant is said to have forcibly taken the 16-year-old victim’s phone from her hands and then fled the area,” officials said in a release.
Jackson was arraigned and released to return to court later.
