ROTTERDAM – A Rotterdam man has been arrested, accused of possessing child pornography, police said.
Police Tuesday arrested Dustin T. Britcher, 37, of 2029 Helderberg Ave. He faces three counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, felonies.
The investigation began through an online tip, police said.
Britcher was arraigned and ordered held on $20,000 bail.
Rotterdam police were assisted by the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force and the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit. The investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible, police said.
