
CLIFTON PARK – A Clifton Park woman used a glass jar containing marijuana to hit someone over the head during an argument Saturday, state police said.
The attack also came in violation of an order of protection filed against the woman, state police said Tuesday.
Victoria J. Maniscalco, 44, was charged Saturday with one count each of first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and violation marijuana possession.
The incident happened shortly after noon Saturday at a residence in Clifton Park, troopers said.
Arriving troopers spoke with the victim, who told them an argument had ensued with Maniscalco, leading to Maniscalco hitting the victim with the jar. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Maniscalco was arraigned and ordered on $1,500 bail, state police said.
