
ALBANY – A Richmondville man is facing child pornography distribution charges, U.S. Attorney’s officials said.
Angel M. Gomez, 26, was arrested Tuesday. He was arraigned and ordered held.
He is accused of distributing child pornography online between September and January in Schoharie County, authorities said.
The case is being investigated by Homeland Security Investigations and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily C. Powers.
