SARATOGA SPRINGS — The state Department of Transportation will be patching potholes along the northbound lanes of the Northway between Exit 13 and 15 on Saturday, March 16.
The work expected to take place between 7 a.m. and noon will result in the two left lanes being closed, and motorists are advised to plan for delays because of the work and plan accordingly.
