MILTON – A Syracuse man traveled to Milton and sexually abused a 13-year-old girl he met on the online site Tinder, state police said.
State police last week arrested Francis J. Turzyn, 35, and charged him with one count of second-degree sexual abuse, a felony, along with misdemeanor child endangerment, weapons possession and assault, state police said.
Troopers arrested Turzyn Wednesday after he drove from his home in Syracuse and abused the girl, both physically and sexually, state police said.
State police patrols found Turzyn shortly after the incident was reported and arrested him, troopers said.
Turzyn was arraigned and ordered held on $3,000 bail.
