BALLSTON SPA – A Ballston Spa woman has been arrested, accused of raping two 13-year-old boys in 2017, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said Thursday.
Jessica L. Kilbara, 32, of 331 Rowland St., was charged Tuesday with two counts each of second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual act, felonies, officials said.
She is accused of engaging in oral sexual conduct and of having sexual intercourse with two 13-year-old boys in January and May of 2017, officials said.
Kilbara was arraigned and released to return to court later, officials said.
