Shenendehowa defeated Guilderland 15-7 in the Suburban Council girls’ lacrosse game on Friday. 

Olivia Howard scored five goals and had one assist for the Plainsmen, while McKenzie Ballard added four goals and two assists. Payton Kisling and Grace Paliwodzinski each scored three times.

Jordyn Ostrander had four goals for Guilderland, and Sara Rule collected three.

Shen goalie Aislinn Sweeny made six saves.

Niskayuna won 13-10 against Saratoga Springs. Cassidy Harvey led the Silver Warriors with five goals and one assist. Ava Schroeder scored four goals for Niskayuna, and Sydney McPartlon added three. Saratoga’s Lindsey Frank and Ella Payer each scored three goals, and Frank had an assist. Niskayuna goalie Kara Banagan made nine saves.
