GLOVERSVILLE — Nathan Littauer Hospital is seeking state permission to construct a $5.16 million primary and specialty care facility.

The structure would be located at 99 E. State St., right on the hospital campus.

In a certificate of need application submitted to the state Department of Health on March 27, Nathan Littauer said the facility is needed to improve access to care and to relieve concerns about access to health care caused by the hospital’s growing patient population.
