
GLOVERSVILLE – A pedestrian was struck and killed Saturday evening in a hit-and-run accident and police were asking the public’s help to find the driver.
The crash happened at about 8:20 p.m. on East Fulton Street, between Judson Street and Littauer Place, police said.
The pedestrian was taken to Nathan Littauer Hospital by a Greater Amsterdam Volunteer Ambulance Corp vehicle were he was pronounced dead, police said. Police have not released the victim’s name.

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident, or has any information regarding it, is asked to contact the Gloversville Police Department at 518-773-4506.
Gloversville police are being assisted by state police’s Collison Reconstruction Unit and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
