LATHAM — Telecommunications industry giant Comcast has acquired Latham-based WiFi services company Deep Blue Communications.
Deep Blue will retain its name and operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comcast. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Deep Blue engineers, installs and manages commercial WiFi networks at commercial sites. It has made the INC 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies for the last seven years.
