MONTGOMERY COUNTY – A 16-year-old sent nude photos to 13-year-olds, state police in Fonda said.
The teen, who was not named due to the teen’s age, was charged with second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
The pictures sent by the teen were of the suspect, state police said.
The teen was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Montgomery County Probation and released to a parent, state police said.
