QUEENSBURY — State police are investigating a fatal tractor-trailer crash on the Northway.
A disabled tractor-trailer was hit from behind near Exit 18 northbound by another tractor-trailer at about 3:30 a.m., state police said.
The driver of the disabled truck was unhurt. The driver of the northbound truck was killed, state police said.

The crash resulted in the northbound lanes of the Northway being shut between Exit 17 at South Glens Falls and Exit 19 at Aviation Road in Glens Falls, state police said on Twitter. Detours were in place.
