SCHENECTADY — A Glenville man repeatedly threw pieces of broken concrete over a fence and damaged a City of Schenectady truck, authorities allege.

Damage from the incident totaled more than $9,300, according to police allegations filed in court.

Joshua J. Bulson, 25, of West Glenville Road, was arrested last week and charged with one count of second-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

He is accused of throwing the concrete pieces over a fence at the Schenectady Municipal Garage on Foster Avenue around 12:15 a.m. May 10, hitting a 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty truck owned by the city.

Damage to the truck’s windows and body will cost more than $9,300 to repair, prosecutor Nicolaus Brooks-McDonald said Thursday.

Police tracked Bulson down through surveillance cameras in the area, Brooks-McDonald said. The incident appeared random, he added.
