
An Amsterdam man was arrested for videotaping a person while the victim was using a public restroom, according to police.
Dominick A. Monge, 24, was arrested on Saturday after deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call to the Wilton Mall at approximately 2:41 p.m. regarding unlawful surveillance.
Monge, who, according to police, used his cellphone to illegally record the victim in a public restroom, was ultimately arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony.
Monge was processed and released from the Wilton Town Court and ordered to reappear at a later date.
