ALBANY — The University at Albany men’s basketball program announced Monday its non-conference schedule, which includes road games at Boston College and St. John’s.

UAlbany opens Nov. 9 at home against Lehigh, and makes its trip to Boston College on Dec. 10 and visits St. John’s on Dec. 18.

“We are looking forward to the challenges of our non-conference schedule,” head coach Will Brown said in a press release issued through the school’s athletic department.  “The games will prepare us for the rigors of conference play. I am excited about the opportunity to play three games in New York City, where we have a strong alumni presence.  Playing at Boston College is another tremendous opportunity for our alumni base in the Boston area.  The 2019-20 team will be an exciting group, and we are confident that our fans will enjoy watching this team play.  The SEFCU Arena will be the place to be this winter.”

UAlbany’s non-conference schedule also includes three games in the Nov. 22-24 Bobcats Invitational. In that tournament, UAlbany will play host Quinnipiac, Sacred Heart and Presbyterian.

UAlbany’s America East Conference schedule was previously released, and UAlbany opens league play with a Jan. 4 road game at Binghamton.
