GREENFIELD CENTER – A Saratoga man attacked a 17-year-old and then illegally entered a home to attack two other juveniles, state police said.

The incident happened Sept. 16 at a home in Greenfield Center, state police said this week.

Troopers then arrested Dylan M. Capone, 20, Friday and charged him with first-degree burglary, state police said.

Capone is accused of going to the home and punching the 17-year-old acquaintance on the front porch. He then assaulted the other two inside, state police said.

The incident was reported a few days after it occurred after the homeowner observed it on a security camera, state police said.

The investigation revealed that the 17-year-old had been on the porch taking a phone call when Capone arrived uninvited, state police said.

Troopers arrested Capone in Colonie. He was arraigned and ordered held on $15,000 bail, state police said.
