WILTON – A Lake Luzerne woman stole more than $4,000 from a person’s account through multiple fraudulent ATM withdrawals in Saratoga County, state police said.
Angel S. Benwaytucker, 53, was arrested Tuesday on one count each of third-degree grand larceny and first-degree identity theft, felonies.
Benwaytucker is accused of using the victim’s debit card to make nine separate withdrawals at locations throughout Saratoga County, state police said. The withdrawals totaled more than $4,000.
Benwaytucker was arraigned and ordered held on $1,500 bail. She is due back in court later.
