SARATOGA SPRINGS — New condominium housing will be opening in a former elementary school near downtown, Julie & Co. Realty of Saratoga Springs announced.
The former School No. 2 at 77 Van Dam St. is being converted into 24 condo units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom. It is within walking distance of the Broadway business district.
Established in 1903, the multi-story building features a solid rock-faced ground floor, with numerous intact architectural details. The renovations are being performed by Bonacio Construction of Saratoga Springs, with units expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2020.
