ECAC Hockey Faceoff Selections 2019-20: Week 1

Union goalie Darion Hanson and defenseman Dylan Anhorn will face Northeastern this weekend at Messa Rink.

It was not only a rough opening weekend for the Union men’s hockey team, but for many of the participants in the ECAC Hockey Faceoff Selections. Mostly everyone either went 1-2 or 0-3 in Week 0. I was one of the unfortunate ones to go 1-2.

However, one person stood out with his picks. Former Faceoff Selections champion Ryan Fay was perfect, picking all three games correctly. That gives him the early lead.

Six players went 2-1.
