With a late run, the UAlbany men’s basketball program secured a 65-50 win against Presbyterian as part of the Bobcats Invitational at People’s United Center in Hamden, Connecticut.
Sunday’s win against Presbyterian wrapped up a three-games-in-three-days stretch for UAlbany, which lost Friday to Quinnipiac and defeated Sacred Heart on Saturday.
Against Presbyterian, UAlbany used a 10-3 run in the final minutes to earn the victory. Ahmad Clark made a pair of free throws to tie the game at 57 and start that run, then UAlbany teammate Romani Hansen scored off an offensive rebound to put the Great Danes ahead for good.
Clark scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half, while Cameron Healy had a game-high 22 points.
UAlbany, 4-3 on the season, will next play Saturday vs. American.
