High schools: Schenectady girls’ basketball beats Voorheesville

Talia Washington scored 19 points to lead the Schenectady girls’ basketball team to a 51-44 non-league victory over Voorheesville on Thursday. Shiya Hunter added 10 points for Schenectady. 

In other non-league games, Carlie Rzeszotarski scored 13 points for Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake in a 45-42 non-league setback to Whitesboro. 

Brinley Inglee scored 17 points to lead Hudson Falls to a 49-39 victory over Warrensburg. Abigail Ranous scored 12 points to lead Warrensburg.
