HALFMOON — An Amsterdam man was arrested in Halfmoon after allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Brian E. Hall, 38, was arrested Dec. 31, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. At around 11:35 a.m., an off-duty sheriff’s deputy was approached by an employee of the Stewart’s Shop at 1857 Route 9 in Halfmoon regarding a man who was allegedly “staggering” inside of the establishment.
Deputies were called to the scene and Hall was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and consuming alcohol on a public highway, an infraction.
