QUEENSBURY – Saratoga and Wilton men have been arrested in connection with a burglary and attack last month at a Queensbury residence, Warren County Sheriff’s officials said in a release Tuesday.

A third person, from Glens Falls, was also arrested, officials said.

The incident happened Dec. 23 at a residence on East Avenue in Queensbury, officials said. Deputies responded there to a report of a fight in which multiple people had entered a residence and attacked another person.

The investigation led to the arrests of Kyle J. Tucker, 21, of Saratoga; Carter J. Backus, of Wilton and Brandon M. Bearor, 19, of Glens Falls.

They were each charged with one count of first-degree burglary, a felony.

The investigation also determined that the fight was the result of activity and exchanges on Snapchat, officials said.

Tuck was arraigned and ordered held on $2,000 bail. Backus was arraigned and ordered held on $1,000, but will also be held on a state parole violation. Bearor was arraigned and released to probation supervision.
