LAKE GEORGE — The Adirondack Wine & Food Festival has been rescheduled to Sept. 26 and 27 due to concerns over COVID-19.

It was originally slated for the last weekend in June, highlighting more than 100 regional distilleries, wineries and food vendors.

“Nothing is more important than the well-being of our attendees and vendors,” said festival organizer Sasha Pardy.

“. . .We remain hopeful that come September, we are able to host our festival barring any federal, state or local regulations that would prohibit it. we are treating this pandemic very seriously and we will do everything we can to make our event as safe as possible for everyone in attendance.”

The festival, which will be held at the Lake George Festival Commons at Charles R. Wood Park, will also raise money for the Big Brother Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks.
