HALFMOON – A Schenectady man raped a girl under the age of 17 in Halfmoon, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said.
Isaiah S. Wilcox, 25, of Vasser Street, Schenectady, was charged last week with one count each of third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act, felonies.
Sheriff’s investigators arrested Wilcox after an investigation determined that he raped the girl in Halfmoon in May, officials said.
He was arraigned and released to appear in court later.
