MILTON – A Ballston Spa woman drove impaired by drugs Sunday evening with four children in her car, Saratoga County Sheriff’s officials said.
Christina N. Pickett, 34, of Rock City Road, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and Leandra’s Law felony DWI, as well as misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pickett after receiving a call for an erratic driver on Geyser Road in Milton. Deputies then located the vehicle off Rock City Road, officials said.
Deputies soon determined the driver, Pickett, was under the influence of drugs and had the four children, each under the age of 16, with her, officials said.
Pickett was processed and released to appear in court later.
