WHAT IS IT LIKE GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC: It’s sad that I can’t be in school for my final few months and that we will miss our senior activities as they traditionally happen, but I believe this pandemic will unify our class down the road and give us a greater connection because of our unique situation.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR CLASSMATES THIS SEMESTER: I learned that my classmates and I enjoyed being together in school much more than we realized and are missing it tremendously now that we are no longer together in the building.

WHAT IS A MEMORY OF SENIOR YEAR YOU’LL NEVER FORGET: I will never forget that on my basketball senior night, I fouled out of the game and never scored, but my friends were there cheering like I had just won the game.

WHAT WILL YOU MISS MOST ABOUT HIGH SCHOOL: I’ll miss seeing all the students and faculty that have shaped me into the person that I am today. I will also miss not playing my senior baseball season, as baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

WHAT’S IN YOUR MUSIC PLAYER: Rap and rock music

BEST PART ABOUT GRADUATING: Beginning a new part of my life and getting a fresh start.

WHAT OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU: I am inspired by my grandfather, who selflessly helped his family and community for his entire life and encouraged my educational success.
