WHAT IS IT LIKE GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC: Humbling and unifying
WHAT DID YOU LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR CLASSMATES THIS SEMESTER: I learned that even when we are apart, we can still count on each other for support. I also learned that a teen’s ability to procrastinate knows no bounds- not even during a pandemic.
WHAT IS A MEMORY OF YOUR SENIOR YEAR YOU’LL NEVER FORGET: Our school’s Deck the Halls competition leading up to the Winter Pep Rally was absolutely unforgettable. I still think Team Gold’s broom-taped-to-the-wall decoration was superior.
WHAT YOU WILL MISS MOST ABOUT HIGH SCHOOL: Gym class badminton and crazy art projects.
WHAT’S IN YOUR MUSIC PLAYER: “I can’t play piano, Pt. 3” – H. Jon Benjamin. I have his album on repeat and I highly recommend it.
BEST PART ABOUT GRADUATING: Starting the next adventure and remembering the people who have helped me along the way.
WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU: The creativity that radiates from my parents constantly inspires me.
