SARATOGA COUNTY — Saratoga County Clerk Craig A. Hayner announced the establishment of an online booking system to make appointments at the county’s three branch offices of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.

The new online reservation system will replace the telephone reservation system put into place when DMV offices reopoened on June 15. The phone system will be phased out over the next few days.

The offices in Ballston Spa and Clifton Park are currently open, and with malls now allowed to re-open, the Wilton Mall office is expected to re-open on July 27, Hayner said.

Customers are required to download and fill out any paperwork ahead of time, and to wear masks and practice social distancing while in DMV offices.

Because of high demand for services including real ID, enhanced licenses and license permit applications, services are limited to Saratoga County residents, Hayner said.
