Follow the science on opening schools

The White House press secretary just said this incredible statement: “We will not let the science stand in the way of reopening schools.” Think about that for a minute. Research shows the fall and winter will be especially tough with the COVID-19 virus, as we cram students, faculty and staff into often aging buildings with poor ventilation systems.
Would you send your precious children into this petri dish? Appalling in every way. If I had elementary age kids, I’d be seriously looking into homeschooling right about now.

Get other viruses involved in safety

Welcome to New York state.
You must wear protective barriers and social position.
Since the COVID-19 virus stats have curtailed, I think it’s time to involve other viruses and issues for public safety.
All adulterous and non-married people must wear protective barriers and social position. Think of the possibilities — a decrease in abortions and/or spreading of venereal diseases.
Here is an example, “Matilda’s son,” leading by example being a single man and his security detail, are all law enforcement. A bodyguard would check to see if he is practicing safe interactions.
“Chris’ brother” could go on TV and tell the statewide stats on the effectiveness using these types of measures. State fines could be issued by “inspectors” on non-wedlock births and/or newly reported socially acquired viruses. The offender’s monetary penalties would be a result of poor self-control and not considering the public’s health. Great idea, or it’s something to think about anyway.

Why is Trump out to kill supporters

I’ve always wondered about people who want to kill off their supporters.
For instance, I know of three people who have died of heroin overdose when taking heroin laced with something else. Why would a pusher want to kill off his customers?
Currently, Donald Trump is holding rallies, masks optional, in the middle of the covid pandemic, and most people are not wearing them, in spite of being in a crowd. I wonder, why are masks not mandatory?
Why would he want his supporters to catch this virus, and possibly die, not to mention spreading it to others? This is extremely irresponsible and shortsighted.
As a Republican, I receive many email invites to his rallies, and I feel like he’s gunning for me. I certainly would not vote for someone who seems to be out to get me.
Nor would I vote for anyone who supports this ignorance and carelessness.
