Moriah Formica, a former contestant on NBC’s “The Voice,” will open Clifton Park’s free summer concert series at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 2.
While the town canceled June and July concerts, the Town Board recently decided to hold Formica’s previously scheduled concert at the Clifton Common stage. They’re asking concertgoers to wear masks and adhere to social distancing practices.
Formica is known for her powerful vocals and rock style. She’s performed regularly in the Capital Region in recent years and has worked with Clifton Park’s Modern Day Music to release songs such as “Champion.”

The concert will take place rain or shine, and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
